RYAN SPEAR
Founder & President of Spear Travel Group
Ryan founded Spear Travel Group in 2017, bringing nearly 20 years of luxury hospitality experience to the travel planning space. A graduate of Penn State's School of Hospitality Management, he built his career in New York City's five-star hotel scene — including leadership roles at Marriott International and two Ritz-Carlton properties — where he earned the company's highest sales honor and refined a service-first philosophy rooted in detail, anticipation, and personalization.
Since founding STG, Ryan has planned travel for thousands of clients and negotiated over 500 group hotel contracts across the globe. In 2024, Spear Travel Group surpassed $10 million in travel bookings — a milestone that reflects the trust clients place in Ryan and his team every day.
Ryan specializes in luxury leisure and group travel, with deep expertise across the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, Ireland, Portugal, Iceland, Thailand, the Galápagos, and Antarctica. He is a trusted advisor for luxury cruise lines including Silversea, Seabourn, and Viking, and works closely with premier tour operators such as Tauck and Abercrombie & Kent to curate immersive group journeys around the world. His passion for golf travel has also taken clients to iconic courses across multiple continents.
As a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and accredited travel professional, Ryan is an active presence in the global travel industry — attending Virtuoso Travel Week, ILTM North America, IMEX North America, and brand-specific conferences each year to maintain the partner relationships that give his clients access to exclusive perks and preferred amenities unavailable through traditional booking channels. His expertise has been recognized in a TravelPulse Success Story feature, and he has contributed editorial work to Trial Lawyer Magazine.
Ryan currently serves as Chairman of the Alumni Group for Penn State's School of Hospitality Management and lives in New Jersey with his wife, Nicki, and their three daughters.

Kevin joined Spear Travel Group in 2019 with over 15 years of hospitality experience spanning event planning and hotel sales. He’s known for his strategic sourcing, attention to detail, and ability to execute seamless travel logistics for his clients.
Abby Estevez-Berg
Abby began her career at the iconic Waldorf Astoria New York and went on to help open two additional luxury hotels in the city. With a background in hotel sales serving travel advisors, she now plans honeymoons, family travel, cruises, and international journeys alongside her husband and fellow travel advisor, Blake.
Blake Berg
Blake joined Spear Travel Group in 2022 with a hospitality background that includes the Waldorf Astoria New York and Booking.com. A Johnson & Wales University graduate in International Hotel and Tourism Management, he plans honeymoons, cruises, and family travel alongside his wife and fellow travel advisor, Abby.
Rickey Martinez
Rickey joined Spear Travel Group in 2022, bringing extensive global luxury hospitality and sales experience. Formerly with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, he managed high-profile global accounts and luxury business travel strategies. Rickey lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two daughters.

Christine joined Spear Travel Group in 2022, bringing extensive experience in corporate meetings, events, and 55+ leisure travel. With a background spanning marketing, hospitality, and event planning, she specializes in orchestrating well-executed and thoughtfully planned travel experiences.
Jennifer Saccardi
Jennifer joined Spear Travel Group in 2023, bringing nearly two decades of luxury hospitality experience. After 16 years with Ritz-Carlton Hotels, she offers deep expertise in events, catering, and high-touch client service. Now based in Palm Desert, Jennifer is known for her thoughtful approach and ability to create polished, memorable experiences.

Ryan brings a passion for family-focused travel, with a special expertise in Disney and theme park vacations. As an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and certified Universal Resorts Specialist, he creates seamless, joy-filled itineraries designed around each family’s needs.
Lisa Price
Lisa joined Spear Travel Group in 2025, bringing a lifelong passion for travel and family-focused planning. Inspired by years of personal exploration and study abroad in the UK, she now specializes in creating thoughtful, detail-driven itineraries for families. Lisa brings enthusiasm, care, and a genuine love for helping others travel well.
